THE PROJECT BRIEF
The clients sought a transition from a daytime gathering suitable for a broader audience to an opulent evening affair brimming with theming, production, entertainment, and an extraordinary experience.
Furthermore, they desired overnight camping accommodations preceding the event, along with a brunch event the following day, resulting in a three-day extravaganza taking place at three distinct locations.
With a track record of successful projects, we assumed complete responsibility for managing all aspects of the event.

WHAT WE DID
Planning for our luxury island event was an exciting journey that spanned three sites and three locations. As part of our planning process, we meticulously crafted a strategic approach to elevate the high-end island event through unique themed elements. To create a truly enchanting atmosphere, we decided to embrace an “Enchanted Garden” theme.
Drawing upon our expertise, we took a hands-on approach by building exquisite marquee structures and crafting captivating props. These remarkable elements were meticulously constructed at our Manchester warehouse, showcasing the finest craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Once completed, we carefully shipped these creations to the island, ensuring a seamless installation that transformed the event space into a whimsical oasis.
During the daytime, we focused on creating a relaxed atmosphere with engaging activities, delectable food, and refreshing drinks. As the sun set, the event transformed into an extravagant evening extravaganza with a mesmerizing marquee, an exceptional DJ, and captivating night-time entertainment, leaving guests in awe of the seamless transition.
